We provide the following consulting services for creating a One Stop Student  Services Center:

  • Assess institution’s readiness to proceed with a One Stop effort
  • Recommend people, technology and process improvements that will be necessary for a successful One Stop effort
  • Design a Time-Phased Action Plan tailored to the resources and needs of the institution
  • Direct the efforts of an Operations Planning Group of key institution players as they make final plans and begin to implement a One Stop. Topics covered include Physical and Virtual One Stops, Business Process Redesign, Human Resource issues, Change Management and Performance Metrics
  • Serve as consultants through the planning and implementation phases until the One Stop is launched
  • Assess the One Stop Center’s effectiveness a year or more after the implementation
