  • Troubleshoot operations challenges
  • Develop strategies and operations to assure on-going compliance with federal and state student finance regulations

Change Management

  • Lead efforts to implement effective change management strategy such as communications, training and new ways of collaborating
  • Build teams and empower staff to maximize use of student service technology resources
  • Act as liaison between functional and technical staff to improve their effective collaboration
  • Lead post-implementation integration of technology into daily business practices

Other

  • Clean up registrar, financial aid, and student billing challenges
